Bioactivity | Antitubercular agent-16 (Compound 5q) is an antitubercular agent with MIC90 values of 0.40, 20.11, 23.51, 19.62, 10.93 and 13.62 μg/mL against M. tuberculosis H37Rv, CF16, CF61, CF76, CF152 and CF161, respectively. Antitubercular agent-16 shows low cytotoxicity against macrophages and pulmonary fibroblasts[1]. |
