Antiproliferative agent-59 arrests the cell cycle at G2/M phase and induces apoptosis in Huh7 cell. Antiproliferative agent-59 exhibits antitumor efficacy against liver cancer in Huh7 xenograft mouse models, without significant toxicity[1]. |
