Bioactivity | Antimycobacterial agent-7 (compound 4) is a 1,2,4-triazole anti-tuberculosis agent (MIC: 2 μg/mL). Antimycobacterial agent-7 inhibits Mtb KatG and causes the accumulation of ROS in Mtb cells. ROS produces oxidative damage, leading to the death of Mtb[1]. |
