Bioactivity	Anticancer agent 61 (compound 3v) is an orally active and potent anticancer agent. Anticancer agent 61 shows antiproliferative activity in HepG2, Bel-7402 and MCF-7 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 1.12, 1.97 and 1.08 μM, respectively. Anticancer agent 61 shows effective tumor growth inhibition[1].
In Vivo	Anticancer agent 61 (compound 3v) (BALB/c mice, 0-100 mg/kg, IV, once daily for 14 times) substantially reduces human HepG2 xenograft mouse tumor growth by 54.5% at 50 mg/kg[1].
