Anti-Aβ agent 1A possesses can significantly inhibit LPS-induced levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α, and reduces the apoptosis of SH-SY5Y induced by H2O2 through mitochondria pathway. Anti-Aβ agent 1A possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-Aβ toxicity and neuroprotective activities. Anti-Aβ agent 1A can be used for researching Alzheimer’s disease (AD)[1]. |
