Bioactivity Alkaline phosphatase, microorganism is a membrane-bound glycoprotein. It can hydrolyze monophosphate esters at alkaline pH, releasing inorganic phosphate. Alkaline phosphatase, microorganism is also capable of dephosphorylating proteins, and the balance between protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation plays a key role in regulating various cellular functions. Alkaline phosphatase, microorganism can regulate cell proliferation and differentiation[1].
