Bioactivity Akt/NF-κB/JNK-IN-1 (Compound 2i) is an inhibitor of Akt, NF-κB and JNK signaling pathways. Akt/NF-κB/JNK-IN-1 inhibits nitric oxide production with an IC50 of 3.15 μM. Akt/NF-κB/JNK-IN-1 shows anti-inflammatory activities[1].
Invitro Akt/NF-κB/JNK-IN-1 (Compound 2i) (0-50 μM) significantly reduces the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and PGE2 and markedly downregulates the expression levels of iNOS and COX-2[1].
