Bioactivity ATP Synthesis-IN-3 (compound 31) is an ATP hydrolysis inhibitor with protective effects during myocardial ischemia. ATP Synthesis-IN-3 can increase the ATP content of ischemic cardiomyocytes, increase the phosphorylation of PKA and phospholamban, and inhibit ischemia-induced apoptosis[1].
