AMPK-α1β1γ1 activator 1 can selectively activated human β1 isoforms with an EC50 value of 38.1nM. AMPK-α1β1γ1 activator 1 can direct binding with human AMPK α1β1γ1 isoform. AMPK-α1β1γ1 activator 1 can be used for the research of diabetic nephropathy[1]. |
