Bioactivity | ALRT1550 (LGD1550) is a selective retinoic acid receptor (RAR) agonist that binds RARs with exceptional potency, with Kd values of approximately 1-4 nM. ALRT1550 exhibits anti-proliferative activity, with an IC50 value of 0.22 nM in UMSCC-22B squamous carcinoma cells. In a mouse tumor xenograft model, ALRT1550 inhibited tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner, achieving a maximum inhibition rate of 89%. ALRT1550 is applicable for research in the field of cancer[1][2]. |
