Bioactivity ALKBH1-IN-3 is a potent DNA N6-methyladenine (6mA) demethylase ALKBH1 inhibitor. ALKBH1-IN-3 increases the abundance of 6mA, inhibits cell viability and upregulates the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling pathway in gastric cancer cell lines HGC27 and AGS. ALKBH1-IN-3 is promising for research of some cancer types, including gastric cancer[1].
