ABD-350 inhibits NF-κB ligand-induced inhibitor of NF-κB phosphorylation, leading to osteoclast apoptosis, but has no inhibitory effect on osteoblast function, effectively preventing bone loss in ovariectomized mice, and does not inhibit parathyroid hormone-induced bone formation. |
