| Bioactivity | 3’-Me Meayamycin D is a splicing modulator on SF3B1 and PHF5A, that affects the pre-mRNA splicing process, and downregulates the MCL-1 expression. 3’-Me Meayamycin D inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell HCT116, SW48, A549, DMS53 and DMS114 with GI50 of 4.6-7.2 nM. 3’-Me Meayamycin D exhibits good plasma stability in mice with a halt-life of 16 h[1]. |
