Bioactivity 3-Methyl-chuangxinmycin is an antibiotic. 3-Methyl-chuangxinmycin can affect the translation process in bacteria and mammalian cells by inhibiting the enzyme that synthesizes tryptophan tRNA (TrpRS). 3-Methyl-chuangxinmycin can downregulate genes related to interferon, TNF, and inflammatory responses in RDEB_L1 cells[1].
