Bioactivity (Rac)-Tris-NTA is a His-tagged protein ligand, which can be used to bind His-tagged proteins[1][2].
Invitro (Rac)-Tris-NTA, which in presence of Ni2+ ions can interact with a His10-tag fused to the intracellular C terminus of the receptor. Whereas the (Rac)-Tris-NTA group shows an affinity Kd to bind the His10-tag of ~10-30 nM[1].
