Bioactivity	(Des-Gly10,D-Ala6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH (Surfagon, Mwt 1167.34 Da) is an agonist of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). (Des-Gly10,D-Ala6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH can be used as an internal standard for the LC-MS analysis of leuprorelide acetate. (Des-Gly10,D-Ala6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH has potential applications in biochemical analysis and fertility[1][2][3].
Invitro	(Des-Gly10,D-Ala6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH 用作醋酸亮丙瑞林的内标[1] (1) 100 µL 血浆样品中加入 10 µL 200 ng/mL (Des-Gly10,D-Ala6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH 溶液。(2) 冰冻的乙腈分两次 (每次 500 µL) 加入 (1) 中溶液。(3) 2500 rpm 搅拌 10 min。(4) 12500 rpm (4℃) 离心 10 min。(5) 将上清液转移到离心管中，35℃、氮气下干燥，最后加入 100 µL 0.1% 甲酸水溶液/乙腈: 90/10 (v/v) 溶液。(6) Thermo Scientific Vanquish UPLC 系统连接到 Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 480 质谱仪。用 Waters Acquity UPLC HSS T3 色谱柱 (2.1 × 100 mm，1.8 µm) 在温度为 40℃ 下分离。(7) 流动相 A 为 0.1% 甲酸水溶液，流动相 B 为 0.1% 甲酸乙腈溶液。梯度从 95% 流动相 A 开始，在 5 min 内降至 10%，然后保持恒定 0.5 min。6 min 时，色谱柱回到 95% 流动相 A，重新平衡 2 min。流速为 0.3 mL/min，注射体积为 20 µL。(8) 样品经 3500V 电喷雾电离，在正离子模式下 m/z 605.3275 为醋酸亮丙瑞林，m/z 584.3052 为内标。用 Xcalibur 软件 (4.4 版本) 分析数据。
