Bioactivity (1R,3S-)Solifenacin-d5 (hydrochloride) is the deuterium labeled Solifenacin D5 hydrochloride. Solifenacin D5 hydrochloride is a deuterium labeled Solifenacin hydrochloride. Solifenacin hydrochloride is a muscarinic receptor antagonist with pKis of 7.6, 6.9 and 8.0 for M1, M2 and M3 receptors, respectively[1].
Invitro Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
