Bioactivity (17R,18S)-Epoxyeicosatetraenoic acid (17(R),18(S)-EETeTr) is a cytochrome P450 epoxygenase metabolite of eicosapentaenoic acid (HY-B0660). (17R,18S)-Epoxyeicosatetraenoic acid shows exerts negative chronotropic effects and protects neonatal rat cardiomyocytes against Ca2+ overload. (17R,18S)-Epoxyeicosatetraenoic acid has the potential for the research of antiarrhythmic agent[1][2].
