Description µ-Conotoxin GIIIB also called Geographutoxin II (GTXII), is a strongly basic peptide from the venom of Conus geographus, it is highly effective in blocking sodium channels in vertebrate skeletal muscle, thereby preventing the propagation of muscle action potentials.
