Description | Substance P (4-11) also called Octa-Substance P, is a C-terminus fragment of Substance P, it seems to be more active than the natural peptide in various pharmacological tests in vitro and in vivo. Substance P (4-11) was shown to be an agonist of the NK1 receptor, IC50 = 15 nM. |
