Description | RF9 is a potent and selective Neuropeptide FF receptor antagonist, with Ki values of 58 and 75 nM for hNPFF1R and hNPFF2R, respectively. RF9 (1-Adamantanecarbonyl-Arg-Phe-NH2) blocked the delayed and long-lasting paradoxical opioid-induced hyperalgesia and prevented the development of associated tolerance. RF9 could also efficiently block the increase in blood pressure and heart rate evoked by NPFF. |
