Description Phalloidin also alled Bicyclic(Ala-DThr-Cys-cis-4-hydroxy-Pro-Ala-2-mercapto-Trp-4,5-dihydroxy-Leu)(S-3→6), NSC 523214, is a mushroom-derived toxin which can be used to label F-actin of the cytoskeleton with fluorochrome (λex=495 nm, λem=520 nm).
