Description Leptin (126-140) (human) also called Obese Gene Peptide (126-140) (human), is a C-terminal fragment of human leptin with the sequence of ETLDSLGGVLEASGY, it was employed for the determination of leptin in human serum by aid of a radioimmunoassay using polyclonal antibodies. The results of Hanew’s study indicate that leptin (126-140) has an inhibitory role in GH secretion.
