Description Dynamin inhibitory peptide, myristoylated is a cell-permeable version of dynamin inhibitory peptide, an inhibitor of the GTPase dynamin that competitively blocks binding of dynamin to amphiphysin, preventing endocytosis. Dynamin inhibitory peptide, myristoylated reduces NMDA receptor internalization.
