Description | Substance P (6-11), also called antagonist G, is a broad-spectrum neuropeptide growth factor antagonist that inhibits the growth of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells. Substance P (6-11) is a potent vasopressin antagonist. Substance P (6-11) is also a weak antagonist of GRP and Bradykinin. Substance P (6-11) induces AP-1 transcription and sensitizes cells to chemotherapy. |
