NMT-IN-7 is an N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitor with IC50 of 2.1 nM for HsNMT1M and IC50 of 0.6 nM for SU-DHL-10 cells. NMT-IN-7 can be used as an ADC cytotoxin.
