MG-C-30 is an orally available CD27 agonist with an EC50 of 0.84 μM. MG-C-30 can activate NK cell and T cell co-stimulatory signals and enhance immune responses. MG-C-30 exhibits antitumor activity in the mouse EG7-OVA model.
