FW-1 is a type I inhibitor of FLT3 with an IC50 of approximately 1 μM. FW-1 exhibits cytotoxicity in FLT3 mutant AML cells. FW-1 arrests the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase and induces apoptosis in MV4-11 and MOLM-13 cells.
