Colterol hydrochloride is the hydrochloride form of Colterol. Colterol hydrochloride is an adrenergic receptor agonist with good affinity for β1-adrenoceptor (heart) and β2-adrenoceptor (lung) with IC50 of 645 nM and 147 nM, respectively. Colterol hydrochloride has the potential to act as a bronchodilator.
