Biological Activity


ln Vitro The most thoroughly researched class of receptors are toll-like receptors (TLRs), which are crucial for identifying a variety of base-, protein-, and sequence-based PAMPs. The majority of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) express TLR7. TLR7 modulators include adjuvants for vaccines, interferon inducers, anticancer, anti-infectious, and immune replacements [1].
