Biological Activity


ln Vitro PW0464 (compound 24) exhibits no action for D1R-mediated β-arrestin recruitment and complete G protein bias[1]. Compound 24, or PW0464, is a non-catechol agonist that forms connections with S2025 and S1985.42. 46 via its atom of fluorine[2].
