Description Thyrotropin-Releasing Hormone (TRH), Free Acid (TRH-OH) (TRH-OH) causes a variety of thyroidal and non-thyroidal effects, the best known being the feedback regulation of thyroid hormone levels.
In vitro TRH促进新合成的生长激素(GH)和催乳素(PRL)释放,但不促进甲状腺刺激激素的释放。此外,在10(-9)至10(-7) M浓度范围内,TRH剂量相关地增加了新合成GH和PRL的释放。环状(His-Pro)剂量依赖性地促进了新合成GH的释放。TRH、环状(His-Pro)和hGHRH促进GH合成,而在10(-7) M浓度下,SRIF则抑制了该过程。TRH和hGHRH还促进了新合成的PRL释放到培养基中,而SRIF则有抑制作用。PRL的合成未受TRH-OH和环状(His-Pro)影响。垂体内GH和PRL的细胞内含量没有显著变化。TRH在GH和PRL的合成及释放方面发挥了重要作用[1]。
