Description SPOP-IN-6b is an effective inhibitor of speckle-type POZ protein (SPOP) with an IC50 of 3.58 μM and can be used in stuides about the treatment of renal cancer.
In vitro SPOP-IN-6b(0.1-3.0 μM)通过抑制SPOP活性进而增加肿瘤抑制底物蛋白PTEN和DUSP7的含量。其对A498、Caki-2、Ketr-3、769-P、0S-RC-2以及786-0细胞的IC50值介于2-10.2 μM之间[1]。
In vivo 在裸鼠体内,SPOP-IN-6b(40-80 mg/kg;i.p.)能够减缓肿瘤生长[1]。
