Description Pyranine (Solvent Green 7) is reported as a new class of fluorescent chemosensor for the Cu+ ion.
In vitro Pyranine (Py) 是一种荧光探针[3],能够在竞争环境中区分Cu+离子和其他范围的阳离子。Pyranine 对Cu+离子显示出快速的荧光响应(t1/2=1.66分钟),其μM级的检测限使得在环境样品中检测此离子成为可能。Pyranine与Cu+之间的络合物配比为2:1[1]。通过测量两个激发波长下的荧光强度比I463/I404来计算pH值,该比率依赖于pH值,但不受荧光团浓度和其他可能改变强度的变量的影响。在兔子眼中,观察到角膜和前房内的Pyranine在眼睑闭合和佩戴隐形眼镜时容易测量到与pH轻微变化相关的荧光比率变化,表明其对pH的轻微变化非常敏感[2]。
