Description Protein kinase inhibitor H-7 dihydrochloride(H-7 dihydrochloride) is a potent protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor. Protein kinase inhibitor H-7 dihydrochloride (100 μM) significantly inhibits TPA (skin tumor promoter, 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate) and phospholipase C-induced ODC (ornithine decarboxylase) inhibited PMA-induced promiscuity cell lysis activity.
