In vivo 在糖尿病,肥胖症,以及应激性高血糖的治疗中,Phlorizin通过抑制位于近端肾小管和小肠粘膜的钠离子-葡萄糖协同转运子,产生肾脏糖尿并阻断肠道葡萄糖的吸收。
