Description N-Caffeoyltryptophan (trans-Caffeoyl-L-tryptophan), a potential Sirt inhibitor, is screened using coffee extract. N-Caffeoyltryptophan inhibited Sirt2 (IC50; 8.7 μM) better than Sirt1(IC50; 34μM).
In vitro 在细胞层面上,N-Caffeoyltryptophan能够增加神经元NG108-15细胞中总赖氨酸、cortactin和组蛋白H3的乙酰化水平。在同样的细胞中,这种酰胺还能增加p53中赖氨酸(K382)的乙酰化,但不影响(K305)[1]。
