Description LY339434 HCl is a low affinity GluR5 erythrocyte receptor agonist.LY339434 HCl causes rapid neuronal death primarily by affecting N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors.
In vitro LY339434 HCl(1-1000 μM)导致细胞活性浓度依赖性下降(EC(50)=11.4+/-1.2 μM)。核酸结合染料标记显示,LY339434 HCl诱导了一些类似凋亡的特征。这些发现表明,在培养的小鼠皮层神经元中,LY339434 HCl 主要通过N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体而非GluR5作用,影响神经元死亡,这种死亡是快速的,并且主要涉及坏死而非形态学上的凋亡。[1]
