Description Leptin (116-130),mouse(C64H109N19O24S),a peptide with the sequence Ser-Cys-Ser-Leu-Pro-Gln-Thr-Ser-Gly-Leu-Gln-Lys-Pro-Glu-Ser-NH2. Leptin is an adipocyte-derived hormone that acts as a major regulator for food intake and energy homeostasis.
In vitro LEP-(116-130)(300 µM)无法抑制AP-OB的结合。此外,LEP-(116-130) 也不能在体外通过OB-Rb激活信号传导[1]。
In vivo LEP-(116-130)(1毫克,腹腔注射)在食物摄入量增加的情况下,与车辆注射对照小鼠相比,能显著降低体重增长速率。LEP-(116-130)通过降低约100 mg/dL血糖水平发挥作用。对野生型(+/+)C57BLKS/J-m小鼠进行LEP-(116-130)腹腔注射处理4天或7天,对其体温调节能力无影响[1]。
