In vivo 在小鼠GH3肿瘤异种移植模型中,lanreotide 10 mg/kg 对GH3肿瘤的生长有中等程度的抑制作用,其肿瘤生长延迟(TGD)时间为4倍,范围从4.5至8.3天。分割的局部肿瘤放射疗法单独显著抑制了肿瘤生长,对于250 cGy分割,产生了35.1+/-5.7天的TGD [1]。
