Description Imazamox ((±)-Imazamox) is a systemic herbicide with high selectivity, high activity, safety and broadspectrum activity. Imazamox inhibits the production of acetolactate synthase (ALS) in plants, which would then inhibit plant growth and ultimately lead to plant death.
Imazamox(12-36mg/kg; 腹腔注射; 24-72小时; 雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠)处理在Sprague Dawley大鼠的肝脏和胰腺中引起了毒性效应。
