Description IEM 1754 2HBr (IEM 1754 dihydrobromide) is a selective AMPA/kainate receptor blockers for GluR1 and GluR3 with IC50 of 6 μM.
In vitro IEM 1754是一种腺苷酸型衍生物。它会导致依赖使用和电压的方式阻断重组AMPA受体开放通道。这种对立作用取决于受体亚基组成,由重组的、同源的GluR1和GluR3受体控制的通道对阻断的敏感性高于含有经过编辑的GluR2亚基的受体控制的通道。[1] IEM-1754对含GluR2的AMPAR的阻断在超极化条件下增强,这与经典的单指数模型相符。相反,缺乏GluR2的AMPAR的阻断在超极化条件下降低。[2]
