Description Hispolon is a polyphenol. Hispolon can be isolated from Phellinus linteus. Hispolon exhibits anticancer, antidiabetic, antiviral, hepatoprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities.
In vitro Hispolon(25和50 μM, 2-8小时)降低了与G1-S过渡有关的蛋白cyclin D4的表达,但提高了CDK抑制剂p21的表达。Hispolon(25和50 μM, 24, 48小时)在U87MG细胞中诱导G2/M细胞周期阻滞和凋亡。Hispolon(25和50 μM, 24-72小时)抑制了U87MG细胞的活力。Hispolon(25和50 μM, 24小时)抑制了U87MG细胞的迁移[2]。
In vivo Hispolon(5和10 mg/kg,皮下注射)能够减缓DBTRG移植小鼠[3]中的肿瘤生长。Hispolon(2.5-10 mg/kg,腹腔注射)可缓解小鼠[4]中LPS诱导的急性肺损伤。
