Description Halofenozide is an ecdysteroid agonist and used as a pesticide.
In vivo 在科罗拉多马铃薯甲虫(CPB)中,产品的极其缓慢排泄表明,这一事实必定是halofenozide在最高剂量20μg/成虫时对繁殖力持久作用的重要因素。在AMF和CPB的雄性生殖系统中,halofenozide的保留量低,而在雌性(卵巢+卵子)中回收到的放射性水平高[1]。2000年季节,在初级繁殖个体上局部应用0.1μl DMSO中的5μg非甾体类蜕皮激素拮抗剂RH-0345(halofenozide)显着减少了产卵数量。然而,经过治疗的雌性在2001年完全恢复。2001年尝试了局部应用和饲喂两种方法。显著效果仅在局部治疗组观察到,这或许是由于饲喂的不一致性。在此组中,总后代、卵巢中卵泡的数量以及雌性个体的大颚腺(CA)大小均显著减少[2]。
