| Description | Dirlotapide (CP742033) is an intestinal selective microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) inhibitor. It reduces body weight in diabetic dogs.Dirlotapide reduces food intake in a dose-dependent manner, possibly by increasing the release of peptide YY into the circulation. |
