In vitro Dipyrithione(PTS2)以剂量依赖的方式抑制了四种癌细胞系的增殖。与对照组细胞相比,处理后的细胞显示出收缩、不规则片段、凝结和分散的蓝色荧光粒子。PTS2诱导了细胞周期阻滞和细胞死亡。在PTS2处理的细胞中检测到caspase-9、caspase-3和PARP的裂解。与广泛使用的抗癌化合物及其前体相比,PTS2的抗肿瘤活性更为有效[1]。
Cell experiments Used MTT assays and trypan blue staining to test the viability of cancer cell lines. Hoechst 33258 and DAPI staining were used to observe cell apoptosis. Cell-cycle percentages were analyzed by flow cytometry. Apoptosis was assayed using caspase-3 and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) combined with Western blotting. Student's t-test was used for statistical analysis[1].
