Description Dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR 123) is a fluorescent probe (λex=488 nm, λem=525 nm).
In vitro 在10 μM Dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR 123)存在下,通过加入50 nM phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)刺激中性粒细胞NADPH氧化酶会导致rhodamine生成速率的增加。同时,在10 μM Dihydrorhodamine 123存在的条件下,经PMA(50 nM)刺激的HL60细胞表现出持续的荧光增强。
