Description	Cyclo(L-Phe-trans-4-hydroxy-L-Pro) (Cyclo(L-phenylalanyl-trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline)) is a natural product found in Phellinus igniarius.
In vitro	我们之前鉴定出Streptomyces griseus作为一种抗癌剂(Kim et al., 2014)。在本研究中，我们从S. griseus中分离出化合物，并对它们的体外及体内抗癌效果和毒性进行了评估。方法和结果：通过制备离心配分色谱（CPC）获得了三种化合物，cyclo(L-[4-羟基脯氨酰]-L-亮氨酸]、Cyclo(L-Phe-trans-4-hydroxy-L-Pro)和苯乙酸乙酯（PA）。我们选择了抗癌活性最高的PA作为后续实验的目标化合物。PA诱导了凋亡小体的形成、DNA碎片化、DNA在G0/G1期的积累以及活性氧（ROS）的形成。此外，PA处理在HL-60细胞中增加了Bax/Bcl-xL表达，激活了caspase-3，并切割了poly-ADP-ribose聚合酶（PARP）。在体外和体内的同时评估显示，PA在Vero细胞和斑马鱼胚胎中未表现出毒性。结论：我们首次揭示，PA产生ROS，这一ROS的积累诱导了Bcl信号通路。
