Description Chlorantraniliprole (Rynaxypyr) is an insecticide. Chlorantraniliprole potently and selectively activates insect ryanodine receptor, with EC50s of 40 nM and 50 nM for Drosophila melanogaster and H. virescens ryanodine receptor, and ∼300-fold more potent than that in the mouse myoblast cell line, C2C12 (EC50, 14 μM).
In vitro Chlorantraniliprole有效且选择性地激活昆虫的ryanodine受体,通过ryanodine受体介导的内部Ca2+储存释放发挥作用。相比于果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)和H. virescens中的昆虫RyRs(EC50分别为40 nM、50 nM),Chlorantraniliprole对小鼠肌母细胞系C2C12中的ryanodine受体(RyRs)的潜力约低300倍(EC50为14 μM),并且在大鼠细胞系RyR2中几乎没有选择性(EC50大于100 μM)[1]。
In vivo Chlorantraniliprole在大鼠中的急性口服LD50值大于5000 mg/kg,表现出低急性哺乳动物毒性,并在高达1500 mg/kg/日的剂量下,在90天的研究中几乎没有或没有毒性[1]。
