| In vitro | Cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) 作为抗菌口腔冲洗液的活性成分, 对革兰氏阳性菌具有广谱抗菌作用，特别是对酵母菌具有杀菌效果，并迅速发挥作用。使用0.05%的CPC作为口腔冲洗液，可立即将细菌计数降低2.0到2.5个对数步（相当于> 99%）。但在用药后1小时，效果会回落到约1个对数步（= 90%）。CPC通过抑制牙菌斑从而减少牙龈炎的能力是确定的。与氯己定相比，CPC的残留效果较低，因此对牙菌斑和牙龈炎的效果较小。CPC对治疗口咽部念珠菌病确有成效。CPC冲洗液能显著减少牙科实践中的感染性气溶胶，从而保护医务人员和患者。即使是相对较长期的使用CPC（高达六周），口腔内细菌菌群的平衡也不会被干扰。[1] |
